Testing & Education Reference Center & Learning Express Library

The Testing & Education Reference Center (TERC) provides career advice, job search tutorials, resume advice, and professional development and career outlook information on a variety of career paths. You can also study for a qualifying exam, assess your knowledge using a subject quiz, and take a career assessment to determine what professional paths you might enjoy.

  • Once you are on the main TERC page, go to the Careers tab located at the top of the page and select Law Enforcement Careers from the drop down menu:alt=" "
  • Once you are on the Law Enforcemnet page in TERC you will be able to take a variety of career practice tests and read several online books that will help you prepare for these tests:alt=" "
  • Access Law Enforcement Occupational Resources in Learning Express Library.
Create an account by registering or log in to an existing account.

  • From the Learning Express Library homepage, select the first tile beneath the search bar labeled "Career Preparation."

  • Beneath the tile drop down menu, click on "Prepare for an Occupation Exam."alt=" "
  • Click on the expand icon beneath "Prepare for an Occupation Exam" to access Law Enforcement Practice Exams on the right side of the drop down menu.alt=" "
