The University Center of the Mountains (UCM) is a dynamic consortium of postsecondary educational institutions bringing more bachelor's and master's degrees, along with additional educational opportunities, closer to home in southeastern Kentucky.
The UCM is located on HCTC's Hazard Campus in the First Federal Center building, room 119.
