Images: Finding and Using Images on the Web

Google Image search features allow the user to search for images that are in the public domain or that have a Creative Commons license of varying allowances.

To refine Google Image results by usage rights, click the Tools button below the search bar on the results page.  

Usage Rights is its own limiter beneath Tools. Check the option that best suits your need. Check the Creative Commons section for information on each usage right and their restrictions.
